I’m a Canadian romance writer with a head full of stories and no time to write! So, I mentally plot out my ideas while standing in the yard, watching my class during recess. Spoiler alert, I’m an early childhood educator in my other life. My inspiration to write alpha hero love stories and the women who can manage them, comes from being a total action movie hound.

So, I tend to write highly romanticized everyday life love stories with over-the-top dark heroes and introverted but weirdly spirited heroines that have no business being together but have history so can’t stay away from each other. The first romance book I ever read was Bodyguard, by Stephanie James, which was the beginning of my love affair with Harlequin romance. My writing Kryptonite is research. I get distracted with research every single writing session.

I must confess that not only do I write under a pseudonym, but I have also googled myself more than once.
