If we chatted in line at a coffee shop, what could you tell us about yourself?
I’m a mom, that loves to read, and loves to write, and hope to get better and better at it. I love watching sports, particularly basketball. And I would probably ask if you watched the game last night.
Do you use a writing name for any of your writing?
No, I use my real name.
Do you have any pets?
Yes, I have a maltese/ Sih-tzu mix named Oscar. He’s 4 months old and very sweet and fun to have around.
Which of your heroes/heroines are your favourite?
It depends. If the heroine is fun, and funny, then it’s always her. Typically, when a heroine is likable, smart, and funny the hero is drawn to that which makes him likeable as well. So, heroine.
Whenever you start singing in the car, what do you sing?
This is really hard because I listen to so much music, all kinds of music, so it could be anything if I know the words to it. And chances are I will know it.
What is your favourite genre for reading?
I really do enjoy reading romance novels. I really enjoy getting to the happily ever after. They are just so fun to read, and make you feel good. I love to journey of how they get there.
Which household chore do you avoid doing the most?
I hate cleaning the bathroom.
What does your writing space look like?
I write in my Livingroom typically with sports on, and music playing in my headphones.
What else do you do beside write great stories? Podcast? Youtube? social media?
I work full time. I wish I could write Full time.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Iceland. It’s such a beautiful place, with really kind people and good food.
Are you a coffee or tea person? What’s your favourite coffee or tea place?
Definitely a coffee person. I love Peets coffee all the medium blends
