WHAT IS SMALL BATCH?

Small batch is a little bit of simple something comprised in a select amount…mixed together to create a chosen delightful outcome. Small batch can also be a handful of mixed things that are purposefully selected to complement and combine well to bring a little bit of joy and contentment.

Small batch happiness are all the little things, the select few favourites that bring us delight, purposely selected and brought together to create a new sense of pleasure. We all need to have some everyday happiness in our life, the small simple things that bring us a quick smile and an immediate sense of comfort; that blessed moment when we exhale and smile.

Oh those delightful simple things…Chocolate Chip Twix Cookies * Cool summer drinks on a warm night *  Sangria Recipe * Old fashion Iced Tea * Strawberry Lemonade * A Comfort Food Meal * Homemade soup, fresh bread and coffee*


FROZEN VINTAGE LEMONADE

  • 3-4 fresh lemons
  • 2-3 cups of ice
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Blender

Chop the lemons (leave the peel on)

Layer them inside the blender with the ice

Add some water and sugar (to taste)

Blend extremely well

* Add some fresh strawberries or raspberries for a delightfully sweet treat

* Add some rum or vodka if you want to add some whoo hoo!
